Stations and Fundamentals

Each day, the campers will experience various stations, specializing in fundamental skills of football. Individual groups will be small to assure that each camper gets maximum instruction from the top football coaches in the New York area.
 

Games and Competition

Campers will participate in daily games, stations, and skill contests during the Citi Justin Tuck Football ProCamp presented by SunnyD. Each camper will be placed on a team according to his or her age.
  

Instructional Lectures

Justin Tuck will give daily talks highlighting the finer points of the game of football and beyond. Parents and guests will be able to listen to camp guests in designated areas at each location.
 

Camp Store

Snacks, drinks and assorted camp items will be available for purchase. 
 

Camp Concessions

For the convenience and safety of the campers, a Camp Bracelet will be available at check-in for $10. The Camp Bracelet includes 2 sports drinks, lunch, and 1 snack each day. Bracelets are non-refundable.
 

Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of heavy rain or inclement weather, the camp will be moved to a nearby indoor facility. Camp instruction and other related activities will continue inside the facility. Parents will be notified of the indoor location in the Camp Bulletin that they receive at check-in on the first day of camp. Alternate days, make-up sessions, and refunds will not be offered. The decision to modify the schedule rests solely with the camp director and camp management.

 

Justin Tuck 

Justin Tuck, an Alabama native, has found stardom and success up north as a defensive end with the New York Giants. Tuck was a 3rd round pick out of Notre Dame and after only three years in the NFL Tuck made himself into a 1st team All-Pro. As a rookie Tuck saw himself playing behind two Pro-Bowlers in Michael Strahan and Osi Umenyiora. He was not a starter but still managed to record 10 sacks in the Giants 2007 campaign. Tuck had his best game at the perfect time, in Superbowl XLII against the New England Patriots. He had two sacks and a forced fumble in the Giants upset victory over the undefeated Patriots.  Tuck is now a cornerstone of the Giants defensive line and one of the most physical defensive lineman in the league.
 
Tuck's physicality was with him in college where he was nicknamed "The Freak" at Notre Dame. He holds the record for most sacks in one year with 13.5 and most sacks of all time with 24.5 for the Fighting Irish. Tuck and the Giants look to be strong across the defensive line for years to come now that he has a healthy Umenyiora playing next to him again. In only his 7th year as a professional, Tuck shows a lot of promise for a strong career.

2013 Justin Tuck Army Strong ProWorkout presented by Everlast

Take your game to the next level!

The 2013 Justin Tuck Army Strong ProWorkout presented by Everlast will be held on June 1st, 2013 at Dwight Morrow High School's Winton White Stadium in Englewood, NJ. The ProWorkout is FREE to all participants and open to athletes of all sports between the ages of 15 and 23. New York Defensive End Justin Tuck will be on-site, along with trained professionals.

Elite trainers will be providing professional-level performance training focused on building faster, stronger, more agile, and explosive athletes. The ProWorkout will allow participants to learn proper drills and techniques in order to continue improvement while exposing them to a professional training environment.

Each Participant Receives:

  • Replication of Top College and Pro Training Environment
  • Exclusive 2013 Justin Tuck Army Strong ProWorkout T-Shirt
  • Skill Set for Continued Training
