Arian Foster

Born on August 24th, 1986 in Albuquerque, NM started playing on his high school football team at Valley High School. In 2002, Foster moved to San Diego, CA where he attended Mission Bay Senior High School, where he compiled 2,093 yards and 24 touchdowns. He was named All-San Diego Western League Player of the Year. In 2004 Foster chose to attend the University of Tennessee where he was a three year starter. In his freshman year of 2005, Foster rushed for 879 yards in limited action. In his sophomore year, he broke the 1,000 yard-mark and rushed for 1,193 yards and 12 touchdowns. He would go on to finish his college career with 2,964 yards and a school record only five fumbles on 650 carries. After going undrafted in the 2009 draft, several teams had shown interest in Foster and he decided to sign with the Houston Texans. Foster was signed by the Texans as an undrafted free agent in May of 2009, but was not added to the Texans active roster until November 17, 2009. He scored his first career touchdown on a 17 yard run against the Miami Dolphins in December of his rookie season.  As a rookie, he finished the season with 257 yards and scored three touchdowns.

Just completing his fourth season with the Houston Texans, Arian Foster has become constant threat to any defense he faces. He has quickly become one of the leading running backs in the National Football League. In 2010, Foster’s first full season in the NFL, he was the rushing leader in the entire league with 1,616 yards and also led all running backs with 16 touchdowns, getting him invited to the 2011 Pro Bowl. In 2011, he strained his hamstring twice during preseason causing him to his the opening day game. After an up-and-down season he was invited to his second Pro Bowl. After signing a new contract in 2012, he became the third-fastest player to reach 5,000 yards. On December 23 he left a game with a irregular heartbeat. He was invited to his third Pro Bowl in three years and was the starting running back for the AFC. The Sporting News called Foster "The most interesting man in the NFL".
