Stations and Fundamentals
Each day, the campers will experience various stations, specializing in fundamental skills of football. Individual groups will be small to assure that each camper gets maximum instruction from the top football coaches in the New York area.
Games and Competition
Campers will participate in daily games, stations, and skill contests during the Justin Tuck Football ProCamp. Each camper will be placed on a team according to his or her age.
Instructional Lectures
Justin Tuck will give daily talks highlighting the finer points of the game of football and beyond. Parents and guests will be able to listen to camp guests in designated areas at each location.

Camp Concessions
For the convenience and safety of the campers, a Camp Bracelet will be available for $10. The Camp Bracelet includes 2 sports drinks, lunch, and 1 snack each day. Bracelets are non-refundable.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of heavy rain or inclement weather, the camp will be moved to a nearby indoor facility. Camp instruction and other related activities will continue inside the facility. Parents will be notified of the indoor location in the Camp Bulletin that they receive at check-in on the first day of camp.
Alternate days/make-up sessions/refunds will not be offered. The decision to modify the schedule rests solely with the camp director and management.
Justin Tuck
Justin Tuck, an Alabama native, has found stardom and success up north as a defensive end with the New York Giants. Tuck was a 3rd round pick out of Notre Dame and after only three years in the NFL Tuck made himself into a 1st team All-Pro. As a rookie Tuck saw himself playing behind two Pro-Bowlers in Michael Strahan and Osi Umenyiora. He was not a starter but still managed to record 10 sacks in the Giants 2007 campaign. Tuck had his best game at the perfect time, in Superbowl XLII against the New England Patriots. He had two sacks and a forced fumble in the Giants upset victory over the undefeated Patriots. Tuck is now a cornerstone of the Giants defensive line and one of the most physical defensive lineman in the league.
Tuck's physicality was with him in college where he was nicknamed "The Freak" at Notre Dame. He holds the record for most sacks in one year with 13.5 and most sacks of all time with 24.5 for the Fighting Irish. Tuck and the Giants look to be strong across the defensive line for years to come now that he has a healthy Umenyiora playing next to him again. In only his 7th year as a professional, Tuck shows a lot of promise for a strong career.
Jim Stoll
Jim Stoll will direct the daily programs. Jim Stoll is widely recognized as one of the best summer camp organizers in the country. A tireless worker when it comes to athletics, Jim has been a successful coach and administrator at every level. His basketball teams at Purcell Marian H.S. in Cincinnati, Ohio include the 1985 state champion in the big school (AAA) division and were ranked as high as 17th in the USA Today poll. Jim spent five years as a Division I assistant college basketball coach at Miami of Ohio and the University of Wyoming respectively. His experience with ProCamps includes directing highly successful camps for Chad Johnson, Carson Palmer, Vince Carter, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul and many other high-profile athletes in the NBA and NFL.
Coaches
The Old Spice Justin Tuck Football ProCamp will be staffed with the area's top prep football coaches. Each coach will bring a unique football background to the event with the ability to share techniques and philosophies with the campers on a daily basis.

Take Route 287 N to (Exit 59) Route 208 S. - Take 1st exit (FranklinLakes, Colonial Road). At end of ramp, make a right. Make another quick right onto Colonial Rd., and take Colonial to the end. Make a right at the light onto Franklin Ave. Make a left at the first light onto Pulis Ave. Follow Pulis Ave., go through the light where it becomes Forest Rd., and keep going to the end of Forest Rd. Northern Highlands will be directly in front of you.
Coming from the South
Take the NJ Turnpike North to Garden State Parkway North. Take Mahwah exit 163 (on left hand side). Take Route 17 North to Allendale exit. Take West Allendale Avenue through 2 traffic lights and through the center of Allendale. Bear right at the town clock and take Myrtle Ave. to the end. Left onto West Crescent Avenue. Right at 1st light onto Hillside Avenue. Northern Highlands is 1/2 mile up on the right.
Coming from the North
Take Route 17 South to the Allendale Exit. Take West Allendale Avenue through 2 traffic lights and through the center of Allendale. Bear right at the town clock and take Myrtle Ave. to the end. Left onto West Crescent Avenue. Right at 1st light onto Hillside Avenue. Northern Highlands is 1/2 mile up on the right.
Coming from the East
Take Route 4 West or Route 80 West to Route 17 North (Mahwah). Take Route 17 North to the Allendale Exit. Take West Allendale Avenue through 2 traffic lights and through the center of Allendale.
