Stations and Fundamentals

Each day, the campers will experience various stations, specializing in fundamental skills of football. Individual groups will be small to assure that each camper gets maximum instruction from the top football coaches in the San Diego area.

Games and Competition

Campers will participate in daily games, stations, and skill contests during the Tide Reggie Bush Football ProCamp. Each camper will be placed on a team according to his or her age.

Instructional Lectures

Reggie Bush will give daily talks highlighting the finer points of the game of football and beyond. Parents and guests will be able to listen to camp guests in designated areas at each location.

Camp Store

Snacks, drinks and assorted camp items will be available for purchase.

Camp Concessions

For the convenience and safety of the campers, a Camp Bracelet will be available for $10. The Camp Bracelet includes 2 sports drinks, lunch, and 1 snack each day. Bracelets are non-refundable.

Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of heavy rain or inclement weather, the camp will be moved to a nearby indoor facility. Camp instruction and other related activities will continue inside the facility. Parents will be notified of the indoor location in the Camp Bulletin that they receive at check-in on the first day of camp.

Alternate days/make-up sessions/refunds will not be offered. The decision to modify the schedule rests solely with the camp director and management.

Reggie Bush

Miami Dolphins runningback Reggie Bush was born on March 2, 1985 in Spring Valley, California. He played college football at the University of Southern California. He attended Helix High School in La Mesa, California and was recruited due to his amazing running ability.

In 2003, Bush joined the Trojans and experienced early success. As a true freshman, Reggie played in all thirteen games. That year, he was named first-team Freshman All-American. The next year Bush was a finalist for the Heisman Trophy and Walter Camp Award following earning All-American honors and totaling 2,330 all-purose yards. In 2005, Bush was awarded the Heisman Trophy and All-American honors, as well as receiveing Offensive Player of the Year, the Walter Camp Award, and Doak Walker Award. Bush finished tenth in NCAA history with 6,541 all-purpose yards even though he only started fourteen of his 39 games.

Electing to forgo his senior season at USC, Bush was selected by the New Orleans Saints as the second overall pick in 2006. He was a huge factor in launching the Saints into their Super Bowl victory in 2010 in Miami. He was traded to the Dolphins in 2011 and has had a successful career since. He has racked up 4,162 rushing yards as well as 2,730 receiving yards along with 44 total touchdowns.

Camp Coaches

The Walmart Reggie Bush Football ProCamp will be staffed with the area's top prep coaches. Each coach will bring a unique football background to the event with the ability to share techniques and philosophies with the campers on a daily basis.

2012 Reggie Bush Pro Football Experience

Take your game to the next level!

On day one, athletes will participate in football-specific drills and training, catered to each athlete's position as part of the 2012 Reggie Bush Varsity Skills, Drills, and Leadership Camp. The ProWorkout is FREE to all participants and open to athletes between the ages of 15 and 18. Miami Dolphins Running Back Reggie Bush will be on-site, along with top area coaches and trained professionals from D1 Sports Training. Top area coaches will provide position-specific instruction. Participants will also take part in leadership talks, and the camp will wrap up with a 7-on-7 tournament.

The 2012 Reggie Bush ProWorkout powered by D1 will be held on June 22nd and 23rd, 2012 at University City High School in San Diego, CA. D1 Sports Training will be providing professional-level performance training on day two, focused on building faster, stronger, more agile, and explosive athletes. The ProWorkout will allow participants to learn proper drills and techniques in order to continue improvement while exposing them to a professional training environment.
