Jason Witten
Jason Witten
Born on May 6, 1982 in Elizabethton, Tennessee, Witten actually began his collegiate career at the University of Tennessee as a defensive end, but he switched to tight end as a freshman. In three years, he quickly became one of the best tight ends in college football and left school after his junior season. He was selected by the Cowboys in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft (69th overall). A model of durability, Witten has appeared in 97 of a possible 98 games, missing just one game after breaking his jaw against Arizona (10/5/03) and undergoing surgery to have three plates put in on Oct. 6, 2003.
Camp Director Rod Huber
Camp Director Rod Huber
Rod Huber returned in 2010 for his 11th season as the College of Mount St. Joseph’s head coach. Huber has 27 years of coaching experience at the high school and college level and has been on the Mount's football staff since the program’s inception in 1990. Coach Huber led the Lions' program to three straight HCAC championships from 2004-2006, and the Lions 9-2 overall mark last season was their eighth straight season of a .500 or better record. The Lions claimed the 2009 HCAC championship with a 7-0 mark, their fourth HCAC title in program history, which enabled them to qualify to the NCAA Division III playoffs, marking their fifth overall appearances in the post-season tournament. The Mount is also the only team in HCAC history to record three straight conference titles. In addition, Huber was named HCAC Coach of the Year last fall, his third such honor.
Prior to becoming the third head coach in Lions’ football history in 2000, Huber was a defensive position coach and spent four years as the Lions’ defensive coordinator. He also coached the College’s wrestling program for four seasons. During the 1999-2000 season the team garnered Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament and NCAA Division III Midwest Regional championships. Huber was named conference and regional Coach of the Year that season.
Upon graduation from high school, he entered the U.S. Army where he played football and spent time in Germany and the U.S. After leaving the Army, Huber enrolled at the University of Cincinnati where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in social studies education in 1988. He began his coaching career at Lloyd Memorial High School ( Kentucky ) in 1982, moved on to Glen Este for one season (1986) and later coached outside linebackers at C.A.P.E. High School (1987-1988). Coach Huber is an active member in the Southwest Ohio Football Coaches Association (SWOFCA), the American Football Coaches Association and is a member of the Jason Taylor Foundation. Coach Huber has directed youth football camps for many pro athletes including Jason Taylor, Chris Cooley, Chris Johnson, and Steve Smith.

Testimonials
- "I just wanted to commend you again on the quality of the Jason Witten Camp. I had two boys attend and I must say that they had an incredible experience. I was so impressed with the organization of the camp, the example set by each of the adults including Jason Witten, and the fact that you and the others at Procamps are very intentional about providing the kids with a great experience. My experience has been that that this is not always the case when it comes to sports camps." -Rod Fletcher, Headmaster, The Brook Hill School
