Operations Experienceship


The Experienceship is responsible for coordinating office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency for respective events.

LEVEL of REPORTING: Camp Operations Coordinators


Operations – The Operations Experienceship assists in the day-to-day planning and executing of camp operations. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting Coordinators with trade partners, printed materials, and camp preparations

• Assisting Coordinators with logistics of pre-, at-, and post-camp

• Assisting Coordinators with on-site activities

• Management of in-office Interns

• Other duties as assigned

Communications – The Experienceship oversees communication programs that effectively promote the organization. The Experienceship must act in a professional manner for all communications involving the camps. This includes but is not limited to:

• Ensuring the consistency of camp communication pieces

• Developing relationships with partners, clients, parents, and campers

• Ensuring professional external communication across all staff members

• Managing intra-office communication tools (i.e., shared calendars, CRM, applications, master excel sheets)

• Overseeing the distribution of invites and mass mailings

General Business – The Experienceship helps to manage general business operations. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting the administrative needs of the Camp Operations Managers and Coordinators

• Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory

• Working alongside other Experienceships in the office and other departments

• Developing , and monitoring the compliance with, and organizing hard-copy and electronic filing system

• Transcribing meeting agendas and notes for record keeping

• Training interns on company policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned


Applicants must be self-motivated, demonstrate eagerness to learn and take directions, pay strict attention to detail, and see tasks through completion. Ability to be creative, work independently and effectively, and develop and maintenance of solid relationships is a must. Working knowledge of and interest in MLB, NFL, & NBA (teams, players, etc.) is preferred.

​Position is seasonal offering $2,500 for the 14 week period. Two years of relevant sports experience is preferred.
