Partnership Marketing Experienceship


The Partnership Marketing Experienceship is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales and Partnership Marketing department with all details surrounding sponsorship activations during the Summer Camp season as well as other related tasks.

LEVEL of REPORTING: Partnership Marketing Coordinators


 The Parternership Marketing Experienceship position assists in the day-to-day planning and executing of corporate sponsor activations and relationships. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting Coordinators with logistics of pre-, at-, and post-camp execution

• Assisting with sponsor contest winner notification and prize fulfillment

• Creation and ensuring consistency of media alerts, press releases and other PR related items

• Opportunity to travel to local and out-of-town camps and events, to assist Sales staff on site

• Sponsor prospect research

• Organizing event photos

• Creating sales presentations

• Development of post-camp recaps

• Oversee sales intern also executing above tasks

• Other duties as assigned


Applicants must be self-motivated, demonstrate eagerness to learn and take direction, pay strict attention to detail, work independently, and see tasks through to completion. They must also speak and write professionally to both internal and external groups. Working knowledge of and interest in NFL, NBA, and MLB (teams, players, etc.) is preferred.
