Social Media Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

G3 I ProCamps I Next In Line is a unique agency that combines access to hundreds of the biggest names across professional sports with the ability to offer scale & agility in delivering turnkey executions with cost savings and time efficiency.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and execution for our sports marketing and events agency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors, combined with a passion for sports marketing and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth in followers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Social Media Marketing Manager takes ownership of team objectives and assists in building a vision for each function based on the goals of the client and/or G3 Marketing I ProCamps I Next In Line. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the agency's objectives and client needs in order to drive consumer sales.

• Produce social media content as a creator and storyteller. At times, serve as an influencer and on-screen personality, as directed.

• Responsible for content creation, community engagement, and social media campaigns across various platforms in an effort to drive sales (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).

• Collaborate closely with sponsors to understand their branding, marketing goals, and objectives, ensuring the social media strategy aligns with their vision.

• Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports for senior leadership to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and its impact on sales.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to innovate and optimize strategies continuously.

• PAID SOCIAL: Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and vendor relationships related to social media marketing initiatives.

• Manage projects on a daily basis

• Oversee multiple programs/projects from start to finish

• Demonstrate leadership

• Create and manage the social media budget and ensure the event stays within budget

• Travel is required throughout the year, and schedule flexibility is required

• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the sports industry or agencies specializing in sports marketing.

• Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, audience growth, and conversions.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and creativity.

• Expertise in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and strategy (eg. Hootsuite)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

• Able to travel and work during non-conventional business hours.

• Video and photo production technical skills.

• A passion and interest in the power of sports, entertainment, and culture

• Able to lift 40 pounds

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Applicants must be self-motivated, demonstrate eagerness to learn and take directions, pay strict attention to detail, and see tasks through completion. Ability to be creative, work independently and effectively, and develop and maintain solid relationships is a must. Working knowledge of and interest in NFL, NBA, & MLB (teams, players, etc.) is preferred.

• Position is full-time offering base plus incentives, requiring 40 hours per week minimum. Regular travel is required throughout the year, and schedule flexibility is required.
