Operations Coordinator


ProCamps®, located in Blue Ash, OH., specializes in planning and executing first-class events including youth athletic camps, corporate functions, and related events for some of the most visible and marketable athletes in professional sports.



An Operations Coordinator is an entry-level position that assists the Operations Managers and their teams with the operations, communications, and customer service of each camp. ProCamps has created the necessary processes for an Operations Coordinator to be successful. Following the set processes is imperative.



Operations Manager



Operations – The Operations Coordinator takes ownership of a specified number of tasks and works on the day-to-day planning and executing of camp logistics (pre-camp, at-camp, and post-camp operations). This includes but is not limited to:

• Securing a camp facility

• Securing and maintaining scholarship partners

• Establishing trade partnerships

• Producing on-site activities

• Managing an intern team

• Configuring travel logistics

• Other duties assigned


Communications – The Operations Team serves as the communication line for each event. The team not only represents the face, voice, and text of the camp but of the respective client as well. The team must act in a professional manner for all communications involving the camps. This includes but is not limited to:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point

• Application of strong writing and interpersonal skills

• Development and maintenance of relationships with parents, campers, and clients

• Applicant must have the ability for strong communication with other departments within ProCamps

• Leveraging of interdepartmental relationships and ability to work well with staff from all departments


Regular travel is required throughout the year and schedule flexibility is required.


Applicants must be self-motivated, demonstrate eagerness to learn and take directions, pay strict attention to detail, and see tasks through to completion. Ability to be creative, work independently and efficiently, and develop solid client relationships is a must. Working knowledge of and interest in NFL, NBA, MLB, and other professional sports leagues (teams, players, etc.) is preferred.


Position is full-time offering base plus incentives, requiring 40 hour per week minimum.
