Privacy Policy

This policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how ProCamps, Inc. (“ProCamps” or “we” or “us”) may collect, use, and disclose your personal and other information provided to this website (including the mobile version, if any) or by electronic mail.  ProCamps will treat your information consistent with this Privacy Policy unless you have delivered express, written consent otherwise to ProCamps.

By accessing and using this website or emailing ProCamps, you consent to ProCamps’ collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you agree to be legally bound by its terms.

Collection of Personal Information; Use. In order to provide ProCamps’ products and/or services, including, but not limited to, camps, special events, and/or sweepstakes participation (collectively, the “Services”), to you, it may be necessary for ProCamps to request personal information including, but not limited to, your name, job title, shipping and billing address, contact information, credit card information, demographic information, and/or information relevant to surveys and/or offers.  Further, it may be necessary for ProCamps to request information about your child or ward (if applicable), including, but not limited to, information about your child and/or ward’s health history and parent or guardian information, necessary for a child or ward’s participation in the Services.  Your provision of any such information is always voluntary.  Along with allowing ProCamps to potentially provide you products and/or the Services, the information you provide is used by ProCamps to contact and correspond with you, respond to inquiries, process transactions, maintain and operate camps, special events, and/or sweepstakes, or keep internal records.

Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information; Use.  ProCamps may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information regarding you if you use ProCamps’ website(s) or send electronic mail to ProCamps.  Such information may include, without limitation, the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer, your device ID, the IP address of your Internet service provider, your zip code, the date and time you access ProCamps’ website(s) and/or send ProCamps an electronic mail, the Internet address of a referring website, the operating system you are using, the section or pages of the ProCamps’ website(s) you visit, and the images and content viewed.  Non-personally identifiable information can be used by ProCamps for any lawful purpose and may be shared with any number of third parties, provided that such information does not specifically identify you.  Such information may be permanently archived for future use.

Security.  ProCamps uses reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the personal information submitted to ProCamps both during transmission and after ProCamps receives it.  However, ProCamps cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to ProCamps, and you do so at your own risk.

Cookies. A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive.  Once you agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site.  Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual.  The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes, and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used.  This helps us analyze data about webpage traffic and improve ProCamps’ website(s) in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.  Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.  You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.  This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

Links to Other Websites. ProCamps’ website(s) may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave a ProCamps site, you acknowledge and agree that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

Social Media and Open Forums.  The ProCamps website(s) may allow you to engage with, or otherwise link to, social media services such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram, including widgets such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on ProCamps’ website(s) (“Social Functions”).  These Social Functions may access, collect, and integrate with your social media accounts and information.  If you choose to use the Social Functions, you may be sharing certain profile elements with us, including your comments, contacts, and photographs.  Such sharing is subject to each social media service’s own privacy policy and term of use.  ProCamps does not control those social media services or your profiles on those services, nor does ProCamps modify your privacy settings on those services or establish rules about how your personal information those services will be used.

Protection for Children.  ProCamps is committed to the preservation of online privacy for all of its visitors, including children.  The products and Services of ProCamps are intended to be purchased and/or paid for by adults (i.e. those aged 18 years or older).  If you make a purchase or register and/or pay for a Service using a ProCamps website, you are representing and warranting that you are an adult.  ProCamps will not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.  If you are a child under the age of 13, you are not authorized to use any ProCamps website without consent from your parent or legal guardian.  If ProCamps becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without such parent or guardian’s consent, ProCamps will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from ProCamps’ database.

Privacy Policy Changes.  ProCamps has sole discretion to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time. New versions of the Privacy Policy will be posted on ProCamps’ website(s) if applicable.  ProCamps’ collection, use, or disclosure of your information will be governed by the version of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection, use, or disclosure.  If ProCamps materially changes the way it collects, uses or discloses your personal information, we will notify you through a notice or updated Privacy Policy on this website, or by electronic mail (sent to the email address you have provided to ProCamps), prior to or upon the change(s) becoming effective.  Accordingly, when you access or use ProCamps’ website(s), you should check the date of this Privacy Policy and be aware of any changes since the last version.  Your continued use of ProCamps’ website(s) following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy means that you accept such changes.

Controlling Your Personal Information.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes
  • if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at info@procamps.com.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to ProCamps, Inc., 4600 McAuley Place, 4th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. This policy is updated as of November 27th, 2017.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration, you have several options:

1.     If you cancel and notice of such cancellation is received by ProCamps more than two weeks prior to the start date of the event, you will receive a full refund of the event registration fee, less a $35.00 cancellation fee.

2.     If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the event, no refund will be issued. A registration credit can be issued that is valid for a full calendar year for the full amount of your registration. In order to receive a credit, you must contact ProCamps prior to the start of the event. Furthermore, this credit may be transferred to an immediate family member under the same terms and conditions as the original registration.

3.     If the event is cancelled by ProCamps, you will automatically receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. Participant waives any and all damages that may arise as a result of the event being cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Event Registrations are not shipped and are provided electronically via email. Shipped items and memorabilia are non-refundable once the order has been processed by ProCamps. Meal bracelets will be picked up at check-in and not shipped; bracelets are non-refundable.
