Your privacy is important to us. This policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how ProCamps, Inc. (“ProCamps” or “we” or “us”) may collect, use, and disclose your personal and other information provided to this website (including the mobile version, if any) or by electronic mail.  ProCamps will treat your information consistent with this Privacy Policy unless you have delivered express, written consent otherwise to ProCamps.

Collection of Personal Information; Use. 

In order to provide ProCamps’ products and/or services, including, but not limited to, camps, special events, and/or sweepstakes participation (collectively, the “Services”), to you, it may be necessary for ProCamps to request personal information including, but not limited to, your name, job title, shipping and billing address, contact information, credit card information, demographic information, and/or information relevant to surveys and/or offers.  Further, it may be necessary for ProCamps to request information about your child or ward (if applicable), including, but not limited to, information about your child and/or ward’s health history and parent or guardian information, necessary for a child or ward’s participation in the Services.  Your provision of any such information is always voluntary. Along with allowing ProCamps to potentially provide you products and/or the Services, the information you provide is used by ProCamps to contact and correspond with you, respond to inquiries, process transactions, maintain and operate camps, special events, and/or sweepstakes, or keep internal records. Due to the important & timely nature of the information provided via email leading up to ProCamps events, your email will be included on such correspondence by default; you may opt out of such email communications at any time.

Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information; Use. 

ProCamps may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information regarding you if you use ProCamps’ website(s) or send electronic mail to ProCamps.  Such information may include, without limitation, the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer, your device ID, the IP address of your Internet service provider, your zip code, the date and time you access ProCamps’ website(s) and/or send ProCamps an electronic mail, the Internet address of a referring website, the operating system you are using, the section or pages of the ProCamps’ website(s) you visit, and the images and content viewed.  Non-personally identifiable information can be used by ProCamps for any lawful purpose and may be shared with any number of third parties, provided that such information does not specifically identify you.  Such information may be permanently archived for future use.

Security. 

ProCamps uses reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the personal information submitted to ProCamps both during transmission and after ProCamps receives it.  However, ProCamps cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to ProCamps, and you do so at your own risk.

Cookies. 

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive.  Once you agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site.  Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual.  The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes, and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used.  This helps us analyze data about webpage traffic and improve ProCamps’ website(s) in order to tailor it to customer needs. Social Media and Open Forums. 

The ProCamps website(s) may allow you to engage with, or otherwise link to, social media services such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram, including widgets such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on ProCamps’ website(s) (“Social Functions”).  These Social Functions may access, collect, and integrate with your social media accounts and information.  If you choose to use the Social Functions, you may be sharing certain profile elements with us, including your comments, contacts, and photographs.  Such sharing is subject to each social media service’s own privacy policy and term of use.  ProCamps does not control those social media services or your profiles on those services, nor does ProCamps modify your privacy settings on those services or establish rules about how your personal information those services will be used.

Protection for Children. 

ProCamps is committed to the preservation of online privacy for all of its visitors, including children.  The products and Services of ProCamps are intended to be purchased and/or paid for by adults (i.e. those aged 18 years or older).  If you make a purchase or register and/or pay for a Service using a ProCamps website, you are representing and warranting that you are an adult.  ProCamps will not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.  If you are a child under the age of 13, you are not authorized to use any ProCamps website without consent from your parent or legal guardian.  If ProCamps becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without such parent or guardian’s consent, ProCamps will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from ProCamps’ database.

ProCamps has sole discretion to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time.
